federal discrimination cases only), file motions and responses to motions, initiate discoveries, respond to Agency discoveries, file briefs and pre-hearing reports, negotiate settlement, and examine and cross examine witnesses at the EEOC hearing.
- Represent you before an administrative judge before the Merit Systems Protection Board
(MSPB) nationwide involving 'mixed case' discrimination claims and retaliation complaints and the Prohibited Personnel Practices claims including Douglas Factors violations and whistleblower retaliation claims. See MSPB hearing process (for cases involving removal, constructive discharge, furlough, demotion, or suspension of 15 days or more). We will initiate discoveries, respond to Agency discovery requests, file briefs and pre-hearing reports, negotiate settlement, examine and cross examine witnesses at the MSPB hearing.
